Shipping Policy

It may take us up to 48 hours from the moment of transaction to process your order. You will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed.

Please note that we do not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country; we will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Return/Refund Policy

In case you are not fully satisfied with the purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receipt. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the delivery.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in resalable condition. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent with a trackable, insured service. We are not able to take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
